Cleaning List

This is a form we use to inspect our stores twice a year.  The manager knows when we are going to do the inspection.  We feel that if you can make your store look brand new twice a year your more inclined to keep it that way throughout the year.   Feel free to use this form if it might be helpful or modify it to your needs.
